MBA preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in leadership positions - Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business results - Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed, data-driven decisions
