- Identify the needs of business clients related to loan products, provide enhanced consultation to clients - Initiate the business loan application process, thoroughly review the documents and/or information submitted by the client based on the application, assess the borrowing capacity and creditworthiness of legal entity/private entrepreneur clients - Based on the submitted data and documents, provide properly analyzed information about the client and issue the business analysis conclusion - Organize initial appraisal of the property pledged as collateral, as well as property and business monitoring visits - Prepare, analyze and submit professional conclusions on provision of business loans to clients - Submit the business loan application to stakeholders for consideration and opinion - Organize and coordinate disbursement of approved loans

- University degree in finance, accounting or economics (ACCA, MBA will be a plus) - At least 2 years of work experience as a Loan Officer - Business Lending - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AS Bank 4.0 will be a plus - Good command of Armenian, Russian and English - Knowledge of banking and civil legislation, banking and accounting - Analytical thinking - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work in a team - Ability to make decisions under pressure and handle stressful situations
