- Develop and implement hands on product marketing strategies for Sportsbook products across various markets, ensuring alignment with VBET’s overall business objectives - Oversee the planning and execution of marketing activities, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and strategic events - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and international best practices to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness - Work closely with internal teams to ensure aligned and efficient execution of marketing initiatives - Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decisions and optimize future strategies - Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative practices into marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing or sports betting marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful marketing campaigns - Deep understanding of the betting and gambling industry, including both local and international markets - Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent organizational and communication skills - High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
