International Operations Analyst

- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of international centers’ operations - Interpret data results, compare them to established KPIs, and make recommendations on appropriate measures - Perform on-site visits and inspections - Compile regular reports based on data analysis and on-site observations - Perform validations or transfers of analytical data in accordance with applicable policies - Collaborate with internal stakeholders in regards to data collection and analysis - Coordinate with external stakeholders and partners in relation to reports, assessments, on-site visits, and follow-ups - Write, revise and maintain standard operating procedures - Perform other analytical and administrative tasks for leadership as required

- A passion for digital education and innovation - Strong inductive and deductive reasoning, problem sensitivity and flexibility of closure - At least three years of experience in procedure and reporting implementation - Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong Google Suite and Excel skills - Strong interpersonal skills - A meticulous approach to work - Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of data outcomes in turn providing informed recommendations
