- Provide customers with a bonus according to their history and behavior, previously approved by the team leader - Classify and prioritize various forms of fraudulent betting activities - At the end of each shift, brief the team leader about the incidents of the working day resolved and missed tasks.

- Knowledge in Math, Statistics, or a similar field - Experience in the casino industry is not a must but advantageous - Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools - High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment - Basic knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage - Ability to work in shifting schedules.
