- Create effective communication strategies for our company - Coordinate external communications flow - Build long-term relationships with customers - Collaborate with the marketing team - Create templates, targeted segment, execute communication campaign - Implement templates' testing in web and mobile versions - Follow-up and resolve the Communication tasks on the JIRA board - Make JIRA board updates on tasks' status on daily basis - Follow up and update all the global changes in templates (logo, link, text) - Check and compare provided materials, links and translations with one another and with the already existing information on the web page - Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales

- In-depth knowledge of the gambling industry, including market trends, regulations, and consumer behavior - Proven experience in social media management - A clear understanding of content plan creation and implementation - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design and aesthetics - Experience filming and editing engaging content, with proficiency in video editing apps and tools and a strong understanding of trends
