- university degree in economics or finance - 2+ year's of experience at bank as auto loan officer - excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures - outstanding communication and customer acquisition skills, advanced sales skills - negotiation and conflict management skills - analytical mind - excellent knowledge of Russian and English
