Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Digital Product Sales department's strategic plan in alignment with the company's overall objectives and targets
- Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of event planners, project managers, and operational staff to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and segments for sales and partnership opportunities. Carry out market research and competitive analysis and translate them into insights
- Lead E-commerce business growth, coordinate sales-oriented projects with merchants including bonuses, events & other marketing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of corporate clients
- Be in direct touch with partners, give the optimal solutions to all issues raised by them
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards in all related transactions and partnerships
- Oversee all aspects of the event lifecycle, from client acquisition and proposal development to event execution and post-event evaluation
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and use this information to inform sales strategies
- Continuously assess and improve relevant processes, tools, and techniques to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Present monthly/quarterly reports to C-level management and stakeholders on partner’s performance, growth and key metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital product sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
