- Oversee the store's daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to Estil.io’s policies - Manage inventory levels, optimize stock to meet customer demand & conduct inventory - Manage transactions at a cash desk - Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment - Implement effective merchandising strategies to display products and drive sales - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals - Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Timely reporting to the director - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Lead and motivate team of sales staff to achieve team performance goals - Address team concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently - Work with the database of designers and architects - Perform other related duties as required

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a retail field - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to motivate and inspire others - Proficient in retail operations - Interest in the world of design and architecture - Strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Advanced computer skills - 1C program knowledge is a plus
