- Analyze and interpret data related to squad’s product - Provide data for decision making, conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for optimization and growth - Prepare reports that provide insights into key product metrics and trends - Analyze various data (behavioral, transactional, customer needs) to help design product backlog, sales strategy, etc., Identify customer behavior and usage patterns - Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field - Experience as Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst - Knowledge of mathematical, statistical and modeling methods - Strong understanding in data analysis techniques - Data processing and modeling skills, knowledge of SQL, R/Python will be a plus - Knowledge of data visualization software like Power BI - Experience in reporting database organization and processing - Knowledge of IFRS 9, assets classification procedure, Knowledge in data analysis tools - Ability to explain large amounts of information in a simple, organized manner - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy - Flexibility and attention to detail - Excellent analytical skills - ability to identify trends and patterns - Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making - Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
