Packaging Graphic Designer (Remote, 2nd shift)

- Ability to conceptualize, design and execute unique, fashion-forward packaging for branded products - Create innovative and impactful retail and e-commerce packaging solutions that inspire consumer purchase decisions - Effectively communicate product features and benefits - Strong command of visual design capabilities, including composition, layout, information hierarchy, typography, and color judgment - Develop and maintain packaging files to ensure their compliance with brand standards and make necessary revisions to packaging artwork - Produce factory ready, final print files for production - Ability to follow brand style guides - Work under strict and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field - 3+ years’ experience with a background in packaging design with a strong understanding of brand/graphic design and packaging production - Portfolio submission of work as primary designer showcasing ability to conceptualize, design and execute current packaging (folding cartons, blister cards, etc.) required with application - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for Mac – Illustrator & Photoshop required - Experience with 3D programs such as Keyshot, Blender, Substance 3D and Product Photography is a plus - Familiarity with licensing brands and following brand guidelines is a plus - Possess exceptional time management skills; ability to think under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines Strong design, verbal, organizational, and time management skills - Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
