Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Provide satisfactory answers to the callers’ queries and concerns
- Follow communication manners when handling different topics
- Identify callers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Arrange the calls redirections in a timely manner
- Assist TUMO applicants with registration process, provide accurate information and coordinate all registration related tasks
- Guide callers to correctly navigate through TUMO website for registration and provide full support to the callers to input the applicants’ details in the waiting list online
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Help to train new employees and inform them about TUMO policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit to the direct manager different kinds of reports, suggestions and comments
- Make sure that Call Center working processes are implemented in accordance with established standards and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle stressful situations, good problem solving skills
- Competent in data entry & data base maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to work well both independently and as the team member of a large workforce
- Detailed oriented
- Good organizational and multi-tasking ability
- University degree from a leading institution of higher education is preferable
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language, as well as good knowledge of Russian and English
