- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, artists, and internal teams - Be a connecting point between partners and internal teams - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, artists, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues - Coordinate project activities, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful project execution - Collaborate with artists to understand project requirements, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle - Liaise between internal teams and artists, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of project objectives - Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing proposals or presentations - Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with artists and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues - Track project performance metrics, artist engagement, and client satisfaction levels, generating reports and providing insights for process improvements - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, identifying potential growth opportunities for the company - Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of creativity

- Bachelor's degree - Basic technical skills are preferable - Proven experience in account management, or a related role, preferably within the arts and creative industry. - Excellent knowledge of both English and Russian languages - Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances - Passion for the arts and a strong appreciation for artistic expression. - Good communication skills are a must, good team member - Attention to details - Good problem-solving skills
