Pricing Specialist

- Loads applicable rate plans and inventory into all relevant channels - Build and update all rate codes in revenue management systems - Utilize property management systems (PMS) and other relevant tools to update pricing information and maintain accurate records - Monitor the performance of pricing strategies and make real-time adjustments to maximize revenue and occupancy rates - Accurately prepares, distributes required pricing and listing reports

- Bachelor degree in finance, product management or economics. - 1 year of work experience in hotel management, or financial analytics is a plus - Experience in working with MS Excel - Be a self-starter, results-driven, able to work independently and come up with creative solutions to complex problems. - Fill comfortable with change and a problem-solver extraordinaire.
