Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide necessary support to the bank staff - Handle tickets in Jira IT Service Desk properly and on time - Address technical and software problems of the bank staff within the scope of authorities and professional expertise - Analyze and evaluate Jira IT Service Desk tickets and where necessary forward them to appropriate - IT specialists of the bank - Instruct the bank staff on usage of Jira IT Service Desk and other systems
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a technical field - At least 2 years of relevant work experience - Experience in addressing software and hardware problems - Knowledge of web-related programs - Good skills of Windows systems usage - Fluency in Armenian and Russian; good knowledge of English - Ability to work under pressure; attention to detail - Ability to make decisions quickly and autonomously - Team player - Commitment to work and sense of responsibility
