Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for mobile banking services
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including UX/UI designers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful product delivery
- Conduct market research and customer development to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure the quality of the mobile app by working closely with QA teams and implementing continuous improvement processes
- Stay up-to-date with mobile banking trends, fintech innovations, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch and promote new mobile banking features
- Monitor product performance metrics and optimize accordingly
