- Greet clients and present available apartment options - Answer phone calls and follow up on correspondence - Provide information on current offers, prices, mortgage loans, and other related inquiries Maintain communication with clients/customers for any follow-up questions-

- Higher education - Effective communication and negotiation skills - Polite and professional speech - Excellent knowledge of the Armenian and Russian languages (knowledge of English will be considered an advantage) - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) - Previous experience in sales is required
