- Project Planning: Create detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation. Set clear milestones and track deliverables - Stakeholder Management: Act as the main liaison between clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Communicate expectations, updates, and changes clearly - Budget Control: Plan and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resources. Lead procurement processes and negotiate contracts when needed - Schedule Oversight: Build and manage efficient project timelines. Anticipate delays and adapt proactively - Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction and development activities meet regulatory standards, technical requirements, and design quality - Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop smart mitigation strategies. Solve issues as they arise to keep everything on track - Reporting: Keep stakeholders and senior leadership informed with regular updates, insights, and accurate documentation

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus - 5+ years of experience managing real estate development projects with proven results in large-scale construction - In-depth understanding of construction processes, real estate regulations, and project management methodologies - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously - Leadership mindset with outstanding communication and people skills - Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite
