Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach - Identify and engage potential clients through research, cold outreach, and networking. - Sales Pipeline Management - Set up calls, nurture leads, and close deals independently - Client Meetings & Presentations – Arrange and lead sales meetings, effectively communicating our value proposition. - Deal Closing - Independently negotiate and close deals, seeking support from technical professionals when necessary - Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with our designers, marketers, and strategists to ensure client requirements are met - Pricing & Proposal Development – Prepare price lists, sales proposals, and service packages tailored to client needs - Market Expansion Strategy - Analyze industry trends and contribute ideas for growth strategies in target markets - CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management with our CRM program
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, design, or creative industries - Strong written and verbal English skills - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and close deals efficiently - Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and design solutions - Confident in pitching services, handling objections, and finalizing contracts - Comfortable with CRM tools, outreach automation, and online communication platforms
