- Lead the design, development, and delivery of solutions based on NI SystemLink & Optimal Plus platforms ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance - Experience in Docker containers, Kubernetes, and container orchestration for scalable deployments - Set and maintain high-quality coding standards, enforcing source code control through Git, branching strategies, and code reviews - Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and DevOps innovations to enhance development and deployment strategies - Develop Web UI & Dashboards for NI SystemLink & Optimal Plus to enhance user experience - Define and implement standard processes for software development and DevOps - Ensure robust data pipelines and support SystemLink & Optimal Plus data engineering - Collaborate with Software R&D teams and global teams for seamless integration - Guide and mentor a team of developers, providing technical leadership and support - Troubleshoot complex software, infrastructure, and automation challenges - Provide technical insights and document clear delivery methodologies

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field - Confirmed data engineering experience, focusing on NI software (SystemLink and Optimal Plus) - Proficiency in Python; experience with Java, C#, and JavaScript is advantageous - Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular - Experience with database management systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps - Proven leadership experience in guiding software development teams - Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to manage numerous projects and meet deadlines
