- Conceptualize and design visually stunning graphics for a wide range of digital and print materials including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, email newsletters, and more - Ensure the brand's visual identity remains consistent across all touchpoints and platforms while maintaining a fresh, innovative approach to design - Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions - Edit and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring all assets are high-quality, polished, and meet project deadlines - Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table - Implement strong typography and layout skills to create compelling visual hierarchies and enhance user experiences - Ensure all design files are organized, properly labeled, and easy to access for future use

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer or in a similar role, ideally with a portfolio showcasing a variety of projects - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design tools - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines - Attention to detail and a passion for delivering visually appealing and innovative designs - Knowledge of responsive design and digital media formats - A good eye for creativity,and modern design trends - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment - Experience in UI/UX design is a plus but not mandatory
