IT Risk Manager/Risk Management Center

- Develop and review risk management and incident management policies, procedures and methodology for Technology, Information Security and Cybersecurity risks - Support risk owners in risk identification, assessment (RCSA), recording, design and implementation of management controls and monitoring processes of Technology, Information Security and Cybersecurity risks - Analyze Technology, Information Security and Cybersecurity risks arising from the implementation of Central Bank projects and introduction of new processes - Analyze the risk registers and reports on Technology, Information Security and Cybersecurity risks received from relevant departments - Prepare Technology, Information Security and Cybersecurity risk reporting - Review of business continuity management processes - Perform other tasks, including provision of training on relevant risks

- Higher education in technical/IT/cybersecurity or related fields - At least 3 years of work experience in the financial system in IT, Information Security, Cybersecurity risk management, IT auditing, or related fields - CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), ICA (International Compliance Association), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), ISO/IEC 27005 Certified Risk Manager, or CERM (Certified Enterprise Risk Manager) or other applicable qualification - Knowledge of risk management and relevant standards - Proficiency in Armenian, excellent knowledge of English
