- Communicate shift-related updates and reports in designated channels, including cards in/cards out, mistake reports, and schedule changes - Supervise live casino tables, assist Pit Bosses (PBs), and ensure tables are properly staffed and operational - Handle card/canister/seal replacements according to guidelines, documenting changes with pictures and reports - Monitor dealer grooming, conduct, and adherence to performance standards, addressing any issues such as inappropriate behavior, lack of engagement, or fatigue - Address and resolve operational issues efficiently while following client instructions and company policies - Conduct regular meetings with employees to discuss challenges and optimize performance - Maintain accurate records, issue fines, and provide written notices for policy violations - Track employee errors, evaluate performance, and compile reports on strengths and weaknesses for dealers, shufflers, and PBs - Administer and oversee bonus allocations based on staff performance - Organize and facilitate retraining sessions to improve employee skills and compliance

- High education in management or any other relevant field - Advanced knowledge in English (written and communication) is a must - Previous experience in a live casino or gaming environment. - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Effective communication and reporting skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work night shifts
