Financial Project Manager

- Coordinate and oversee various financial projects within the organization to ensure timely and successful execution - Plan and manage project goals, deliverables, and schedules to align with business objectives - Supervise assigned projects and coordinate all team members to maintain workflow efficiency - Identify potential risks and issues in financial projects, developing proactive solutions - Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, such as Business Process Management, Jira Management - Work closely with finance, IT, and operations teams to streamline financial processes and enhance operational effectiveness - Ensure alignment of financial projects with company objectives by engaging stakeholders across departments - Identify areas for continuous process improvement within financial operations - Develop strategies to streamline workflows and implement changes to enhance operational effectiveness - Monitor and optimize financial project execution, ensuring efficiency - Participate in finance-related project meetings, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Analyze industry trends to support informed decision-making - Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and best practices in project execution - Coordinate and manage the CFO’s requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups - Prepare financial project reports and status updates for CFO

- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a financial field - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English - Experience in change management and process optimization - Strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
