Project Manager

- Plan and manage projects through all phases of the software development life cycle, from project initiation to post implementation activities - Make project planning, create and track tasks, epics, and user stories of the project - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Ensure project resources are allocated appropriately and effectively manage project teams - Project status and risks communication to internal and external management teams - Prepare status reports by gathering and analyzing relevant information - Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date - Work closely with software development and engineering teams, motivate and share policies and procedures to ensure the success - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into project management processes

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a big plus - 3 years of experience as a Project Manager software projects - Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Good knowledge of English and Russian languages - Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall - Experience with project and task management tools, such as: Jira, Trello, etc. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated and action-oriented - Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - Technical background, with understanding experience in software development and web technologies is a big plus - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
