- Collaborate with project teams to plan, analyze, and execute assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives - Define and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring features align with user needs and company goals - Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to guide product development and improvements - Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into well-defined user stories - Optimize usability and enhance user experience by exploring various approaches to solve end-user challenges - Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role in an agile environment - Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends - Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD or any other relevant tool) - Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal) - Analytical mindset, capable of translating business needs into actionable product features - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proactive and independent team player with a results-oriented approach
