- Research & Selection: Research all industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events. Present findings to the line manager to finalize the list of events the organization will attend - Event Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute the trade show/event plan. Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and workshops worldwide. Work with different departments to ensure smooth logistics and operations for trade shows. Work with events planning teams and vendors for coordinated logistics and timely execution. Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process - Administrative & Logistical Support: Provide detailed event information to the administrative unit for tickets, hotels, and visa arrangements. Monitor activities during events to ensure attendee satisfaction and smooth organization operations - Promotion & Marketing: Be actively involved in the marketing and promotion of events. Prepare promotional materials, and arrange food and beverage services

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, management, or a related field - Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role - Strong interpersonal and networking skills - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Innovative and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail - Familiarity with agile methodologies and Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English, Russian, and Armenian) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
