Product/Project Manager (IT)

- Lead IT projects from conception to completion - Serve as the main link between clients and the team, ensuring all requirements are fully met - Create user stories, customer journey maps and user flows - Conduct IT-specific market research and competitive analysis - Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets - Implement agile project methodologies, particularly in a JIRA environment - Facilitate client meetings, providing updates and gathering feedback - Work with cross-functional teams to improve company processes - Maintain project deadlines, offering IT insights from product owner perspective - Manage the Customer loyalty - Continually grow in IT Project Management and in UI/UX Design (in case interested)

- has at least 2 years experience in project management - has a strong understanding of the technologies being used, software development processes, and the IT landscape - has exceptional communication and presentation skills - has problem solving skills, the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions - has ability to communicate, write, and express themselves in English (advanced) and Russian (advanced) - is energetic and stress-resilient - is Multi-competence and multitasking - is familiar with digital products (apps, web tools, websites) & user experience - is familiar with the following terms - onboarding, conversion, retention and related product-centric terminology is empathetic and friendly - is able to integrate into the project from the point of view of the client, the end-user of the product, the designer and the developer - has experience in working with a remote team - has a vision of the project as a whole and immersion in details
