Head of Group Financial and Management Reporting

- Prepare Consolidated Management Reporting - Supervise and guide management reporting activities for the group subsidiaries - Manage intra-group reporting matrix - Implement best-in-class reporting infrastructure, reducing / eliminating dependency on MS Excel - Design data model for seamless integration with up-stream and down-stream financial systems - Manage the Global month-end reporting timetable, ensuring adherence to the timetable across finance - Own the consolidated month end reporting close process, including CFO presentation - Oversee the Global statutory filing calendar - Provide guidance and supervise financial reporting for the group subsidiaries globally - Ensure the consistency of accounting policy across group subsidiaries - Manage effective relationships with auditors and external consultants

- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline - Professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA or equivalent - 3+ post qualification and 7+ overall experience - Up to date technical skills and very strong IFRS knowledge - Deep experience delivering consolidated financial statement reporting and delivering audits - Experience working in a high volume, fast growing, international company - Experience in financial services, Big4 accounting firms and/or Tech industry - Highly motivated and able to work towards tight deadlines - A proof record of solving problems and building automation - Strong English knowledge
