Responsibilities
- Translation from English into Armenian and vice versa
- Assisting in the preparation of administrative documentation
- Cooperation with providers
- Responsible for the received cash
- Preparation and control of petty cash reports
- Organization and control of the work of the transportation means (busses, taxis, etc.) of the Company
- Preparation of reference letters
- Registering reports on diesel usage, maintenance of vehicles, and machinery
- Control of the communication means of the Company and making monthly reports
- Organize current payments
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Russian language skills are preferable
- Excellent knowledge of MC Office (particularly MC Excel)
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Аbility to work under pressure
