Mobile Data Processing Engineer

- Monitor the mediation servers - Create new or change old configuration according to billing requirements - Perform full testing of the new created configurations - Monitor the mediation server on daily basis, check the logs, system mails, alarm and error messages, and etc. - Add new services needed for billing and reporting systems - Monitor the provisioning servers - Create new or change old configuration according to billing or core staff requirements - Perform full testing of the new created configuration - Monitor the application on daily basis, check the logs, system mails, error messages, and etc - Ensure documentation of application configuration and procedures

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information technology - 1 to 2 years of work experience as a mediation engineer in the telecom industry - 1 to 2 years of work experience in software development - Good knowledge of Linux system administration and shell scripting - Good programming language and scripting - Good knowledge of IP networking and firewalls - Good knowledge of operating system optimizations and fine tuning - Good knowledge of billing and CDR (Call Detail Record) formats - Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments within critical deadlines - Ability to effectively manage change - Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal and external contacts - Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Adaptability/Flexibility - Problem solving
