Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes; contribute to recruitment planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related procedures
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, employee orders (promotions, transfers, terminations), and official references
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback collection
- Assist in implementing and administering compensation and benefits programs, and other policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, guiding workplace policies and conflict resolution
- Coordinate training and professional development activities and assist in preparing the annual training plan
- Participate in organizing company events and initiatives
- Support HR reporting and data analytics efforts
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources (preferred), Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Preferably, three years of experience in HR roles or over three years in administrative work, ideally in an international or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of Armenian labor law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
