- Lead the preparation and development of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets - Monitor and track budget performance to ensure alignment with financial goals - Ensure departmental spending adheres to budget constraints and financial policies - Provide financial forecasting and update budget projections based on operations - Advise leadership on financial needs and risks - Conduct variance analysis and explain discrepancies between actual performance and the budget - Prepare and present budget reports, highlighting key financial trends - Implement and maintain automated budgeting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency - Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend financial strategies - Collaborate with departments to gather data and enhance financial performance - Ensure compliance with budgeting regulations and assist with audits

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required) - Master's degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CFA) is a plus - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in budgeting, finance or related roles - Experience in senior or leadership positions within budgeting or finance - Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting - Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools (Excel, financial modeling software) - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills - Proactive and highly organized
