Product Manager – Smart Locker

- Develop and implement strategies for the successful execution and scaling of smart locker solutions - Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Negotiate agreements and manage relationships with key partners and vendors - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals - Plan and oversee the delivery process to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation - Address logistical challenges and propose practical solutions - Coordinate with customer support teams to ensure exceptional service quality - Address escalated customer issues promptly and effectively - Collaborate with technical teams to maintain product functionality and resolve technical issues - Provide input for product enhancements based on user feedback and operational insights

- Background in Business Administration, Math, Management or a related field - Proven experience in product management, logistics, or a similar role - Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills - Familiarity with customer and technical support processes - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure - Proficiency in software.
