Group Head of Information Security

- Develop and implement company-wide security programs and policies - Plan and manage security projects, including the development of a three-year data protection strategy - Conduct regular employee training on phishing and other security awareness topics - Continuously improve security policies to align with evolving threats and technologiesEstablish standards and procedures for IT system usage - Manage third-party risks (e.g., vendors) and ensure secure information exchange - Ensure the security of personal client data and compliance with data protection regulations - Develop strategies to protect sensitive data and manage privacy risks during third-party interactions

- Higher education in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor - Proven experience in information security leadership roles - In-depth knowledge of IT compliance standards, risk management, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) - Hands-on experience with security technologies: encryption, DLP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs - Strong understanding of physical and application security measures - Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and secure software development lifecycles - Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
