Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing office correspondence, scheduling, and organizing files
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Provide support in processing invoices and organizing financial documents under the supervision of the Accountant
- Help with maintaining inventory and office supplies
- Support the team with basic accounting tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing payments
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably in Accounting track
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of accounting principles and a keen interest in accounting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
