Responsibilities
- Manage and organize program documents and files
- Compose, prepare, review and distribute a variety of forms, reports, correspondence and documentation
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the company
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (C1-C2): Candidates must demonstrate exceptional English skills (written and spoken). Applicants will undergo testing and interviews to confirm their proficiency. If you do not meet this requirement,

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle constructive criticism professionally
- Open-minded, eager to learn new skills, and adaptable to changes
- Positive Attitude towards team and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Technical skills and basic troubleshooting abilities with computers or software are a plus
- Prior experience in an administrative assistant role is preferred but not mandatory
