Responsibilities
- Preparing and implementing communications strategy for the Foundation
- Developing and managing Foundation branding
- Identifying PR opportunities via regular contact with project managers and director of operations regarding Foundation activities and initiatives
- Managing the foundation's website and social media accounts, analyzing metrics to improve and expand engagement and impact
- Creating content, both textual and audiovisual for on-line and traditional media
- Identify and maintain relationships with content creation partners
- Managing relationships with media representatives and influencers
- Preparing quarterly e-newsletters and other email marketing materials
- Organizing press coverage of Foundation activities and events
- Preparing and distributing press releases
- Organizing the Foundation’s public events
- Other assigned duties concerning the job
Required Qualifications
- Effective communications skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English and Armenian
- Experience managing on-line media (website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Basic graphic design skills
- Basic skills in photography/videography
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, small team work environment
- Ability to frequently travel within Armenia to Syunik and other regions
