Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals - Identify digital opportunities and create actionable plans to integrate technology across business functions (marketing, sales, operations, customer service, etc.) - Collaborate with the executive team to establish digital priorities and measurable objectives for the organization’s transformation - Lead efforts to enhance digital customer experiences across all touchpoints (web, mobile apps, social media, etc.). - Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure personalized, seamless, and effective interactions with customers online - Leverage data analytics and insights to continuously optimize the customer journey and drive customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Relevant certifications in digital transformation, data analytics, or digital marketing are a plus - At least 5+ years of experience in digital roles, including leadership positions in digital transformation, digital marketing, or technology innovation - Proven experience in leading and executing large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a complex, multi-department environment - Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to drive business growth - Extensive experience in data analytics, customer experience optimization, and digital marketing - Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams - Ability to develop and execute long-term digital strategies that align with business goals - Ability to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies that improve business performance - Proficiency with digital tools - Deep understanding of customer experience principles and the role of digital technologies in enhancing customer engagement - Excellent communication skills within all levels - Experience in managing organizational change, particularly in relation to new technology adoption and process transformations
