- Provide comprehensive legal assistance for the activities of the Bank's governing bodies, including preparing and organizing General Meetings of Shareholders, Board, and Board Committee meetings, drafting minutes, and monitoring the implementation of their decisions - Support the enhancement of corporate governance practices - Conduct research and comparative analyses of Armenian and international legislation and best practices - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents with suppliers and business partners - Offer legal advice on corporate matters, analyze and assess legal risks and implications, manage legal projects, and provide expert legal opinions - Maintain effective document management and ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements - Prepare powers of attorney and other legal documents as required - Conduct negotiations with regulatory and state bodies on issues within the scope of his/her duties, հandle regulatory registrations with the Central Bank of Armenia

- A Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Law - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the legal field - Excellent proficiency in Armenian and English - Comprehensive knowledge of Civil, Corporate, Labour and Banking Law - Exceptional drafting and legal writing abilities with a keen eye for detail - Negotiation, presentation skills - Effective document management skills - Strong time management and organizational capabilities - Ability to identify and articulate shared concerns and interests effectively - High standards of professional ethics and integrity - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders
