- Engaging Potential Clients: Reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our trading services - Building Trust: Educate prospects about the about our services regarding Forex market and the benefits of trading with our brokerage - Closing Sales: Guide prospects through the account creation process, address their concerns, and motivate them to start trading - Meeting Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion KPIs

- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in Forex, financial services, or a related field - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Farsi (Persian Language) - Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions based on our services to activate the client - Goal-Oriented: Ambitious and driven to meet targets and earn performance-based rewards - Knowledge of Forex: Familiarity with the Forex market and trading concepts is a strong plus - Languages: English and Farsi Speakers
