- Own and communicate the product vision and strategy for the front-end development team - Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives - Develop a clear product roadmap, prioritize features and deliverables, and adjust based on business needs and customer feedback. - Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features are clearly defined, actionable, and aligned with the company’s objectives - Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of user stories and requirements - Collaboration with Developers and Designers - Collaborate closely with Front-End developers to deliver high-quality, user-centered web applications - Work alongside UX/UI designers to ensure seamless design handoff and consistent user experience - Act as a bridge between design and development teams, ensuring product features are implemented as per specifications - Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) - Work with the development team to track progress, identify blockers, and facilitate timely resolution of issues - Regularly report on product performance, updates, and progress to the CEO and key stakeholders

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role - Preferably experience in the iGaming industry or a strong understanding of online gaming products - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks - Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end development processes - Proven ability to define and prioritize product features and requirements effectively - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a customer-first mindset. - Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Ability to identify and resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
