Whitebone - Experience Management

- Market research in order to discover new training needs - Assistance in new training programs development - Participation in the preparation process of the materials and technical processes of organization - Participation in Training and development processes - Evaluation of implemented training programs, summarizing the opinions of trained employees and the results obtained - Participation in HR and Training event Management processes - Cooperation with other departments in order to effectively perform the above-mentioned functionalities - Implementation of other similar HRM functions and tasks if necessary

- Higher education in psychology, sociology, management, marketing or a related area - Working experience in the field of Training, Event management/execution will be a plus - Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages - PC knowledge (MS Office and G-Suite) - Databases and analytical experience will be a plus
