- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the gambling market - Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences, using insights to inform marketing initiatives - Maintain and enhance the brand image through effective messaging, positioning, and creative content development - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technical, Trading, Risk, CRM, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment across all operational and business teams - Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement - Ensure all marketing practices comply with industry regulations and ethical standards

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the gambling or gaming industry - Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions - Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus
