Head of Digital Marketing

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals - Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI across campaigns - Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns - Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs - Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns - Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field - At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools - Good knowledge of English and Russian - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Previous experience working in the iGaming/Web3 industry is a big advantage
