- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery - Ensure secure and efficient integration of code across development and production environments - Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve build and deployment issues - Set up and manage monitoring tools to proactively identify and address system issues - Implement centralized logging solutions for efficient tracking and analysis of system logs - Collaborate with teams to promptly respond to and resolve incidents - Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among development, QA, and operations teams - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems - Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues beyond standard working hours

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role - Hands-on proficiency with leading CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI, as well as version control systems such as Git - Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, with a solid grasp of scripting languages like - Python and Bash for automation tasks - Strong understanding of infrastructure principles, including experience with on-premises platforms like Docker and Kubernetes - Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef - Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and ELK stack - Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with effective communication skills
