Responsibilities
- Handle customer technical support cases
- Talk with customers through series of action to resolve technical problems
- Evaluate system potential through assessing compatibility of new programs with existing programs
- Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
- Prepare reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
- Manage multiple tasks at one time
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English is required
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical employees and customers
- Attentive to details and good problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in mixed shifts
