Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR search, adaptation and development strategies that are consistent with the Company's business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process. Participate in various HR and recruitment programs
- Support the current and future business needs of the company, customers and partners through the development, attraction, motivation and retention of human capital
- Create a positive work environment and necessary procedures
- Monitor and manage the performance evaluation system that promotes high efficiency
- Assess the training needs of human resources employees
- Present the decisions made to the founding director through HR indicators
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as HR administrator/manager or other HR executive
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
