Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for year to year increase of revenues of each hotel and restaurant - Preparation of sales budgets - Pricing - New products/offers/activities/attractions development and implementation - All kinds of promotional activities - General responsibilities for Sales - Preparation and implementation of annual sales actions plan - Preparation of the Sales Department budget - Conduct Monthly Company Sales Meeting for the management and repot on the implementation plan and impact on sales - Conduct Direct and Indirect management of sales staff and activities including development of procedures, discount strategies - Coordinate with Reservations and F&B Departments to reach highest possible sales - Clearly keep track for tour group sales, corporate and events sales, direct/individual sales , on-line sales - Smooth cooperation with Digital Marketing to make sure of fastest growth of company exposition and different on-line sales channels - Personally conduct traditional sales activities in accordance with the annual plan
Required Qualifications
- Must have min 5 years’ experience in sales field, preferably in the hospitality industry - Bachelor Degree or Appropriate Certificate in Hospitality/Service field - Must have leadership qualities - MBA preferred - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian is a must - Must be able to organize time effectively - Must be able to work with minimal supervision - Must be team oriented - Must be able to close successful business deals
