Responsibilities
- Perform service related monitoring
- Report to partners about issues detected
- Comunicate with customers to solve technical issues
- Perform service quality tests
- Update databases with fresh data
- Troubleshoot detected issues
- Support the team leader in daily operations
Required Qualifications
- Unserstanding of TCP and UDP protocols
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Higher education
- Communication skills - enables easy presentation of arguments and compilation of reports
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and web applications is an advantage
- Good spoken and written English and Russian skills
